Dearborn Brass, a subsidiary of Moen Faucets, is the leading manufacturer and distributor of plumbing fixture supplies for the U.S.

Dearborn's 1995 project consisted of a new 50,000 sf. manufacturing plant expansion and a 90,000 sf. re-roof of the main manufacturing building. All Dearborn buildings now have a Butler MR-24 standing seam roof system keeping all interior work safe and dry. The manufacturing addition included complex concrete drainage pits and other concrete foundations for state-of-the art brass plating operation along with waste treatment facilities, all of which was designed and constructed by Simmons & Associates.

Cost of the Dearborn expansion projects was valued at $1,100,000.
