The Pep Boys Store in Austin, Texas, is one of the most architecturally pleasing projects to the eye. On the northwest side of Austin, adjoining the Hill Country, this store sits as an out-parcel to a new K-Mart shopping center with several other retail merchants wrapped around the site.

Simmons & Associates constructed this facility in 1995 and has been commended for its appearance each year since that time. The Pep Boys store is a 23,000 sf. structure with a combination of retail sales area, service, and warehouse area.

The construction of this Pep Boys retail facility took approximately 105 calendar days to complete at a cost of $800,000.
