Simmons & Associates has recently completed a new project for the Trane Company in Tyler, Texas. This project consisted of an addition to their dock and warehousing complex.

It involved the addition of warehouse, dock facilities, dock equipment, offices & breakrooms, and additional paving and sitework. Cost for this expansion project was $600,000. This was a design/build project totally performed by Simmons & Associates' design and construction teams.

Simmons & Associates has been performing construction and maintenance work on an annual basis with the Trane Company since 1985.
