Warren attended the University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Honors. Warren is a Registered Professional Engineer and Registered Land Surveyor in Texas. Other states of registration include Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Tennessee. Warren established Simmons Engineering Co., Inc., d.b.a. Simmons & Associates in 1975, and have been representatives for Butler Manufacturing Company since 1976. Warren currently has over thirty (30) years of construction and engineering experience.

David attended Texas Christian University, graduating in 1996 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Business Finance. David is involved in sales, job cost estimating, project management, and computer aided design of construction in Tyler and East Texas since graduation.

Donald attended the University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 1978 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Business Finance with Honors. Donald is involved in sales and marketing of construction and real estate in Tyler and East Texas since 1983. Donald currently has over twenty (20) years of construction and real estate experience.

Ann Scott became business manager for Simmons & Associates in August 2001. Ann has a combined total of 23 years experience in accounting and business procedures with the majority of her career focused in the construction industry. Ann is responsible for office administration including all bookkeeping, receivables, payables, and financial reporting.

Terry has been with Simmons & Associates for over eight (8) years, and has extensive experience in construction methods and proceedures.
